(a)-(b) In 2018, the WA Labor Government fought for reforms to be made to the GST deal that legislated a 75% floor to Western Australia’s share of the GST.
The Liberals and Nationals left WA shortchanged after their time in Government, waving through unfair deals and defending their mates on the east coast.
The WA Labor Government takes protecting our fair share seriously. That is why I took the opportunity to meet with the Prime Minister, the Treasurer, the Minister for Finance, and the Minister for Environment to ensure that Western Australia and its interests are protected.
