I refer to staff at Gold Corporation, and ask: (a) On what dates has the Premier met with any board or staff member of Gold Corporation between March 2021 and March 29, 2023; (b) On what dates has the Premier visited Gold Corporation offices or any site managed by Gold Corporation between March 2021 and March 29, 2023; and (c) Has the Premier or his office spoken or contacted in any way the Prime Minister or Federal Treasurer to discuss any aspect of Gold Corporation since May 1 2022: (i) If so, on what dates did these communications take place; (ii) What was the mode of communication; and (iii) What was the topic of discussion?

(a) The Premier did not meet with the leadership of the Perth Mint during this timeframe on matters relating to the Mint. The Premier spoke with the CEO of the Perth Mint by phone in March 2023, as stated in the Legislative Assembly on 14 March 2023.
The Premier may have had incidental contact with representatives of the Perth Mint during this period on matters unrelated to the Perth Mint. For example, the Premier regularly meets with officials from the Department of Treasury, who have a statutory representative on the Perth Mint board.
(b) The Premier did not attend the Perth Mint during this timeframe.
(c)(i – iii) No.
