(4) The Cabinet Standing Committee on Regional Policy has set broad priorities areas for the allocation of expenditure from the Fund and will be consulted prior to final decisions on the Regional Infrastructure Funding Program (RIFP). Each application under the WA Regional Initiatives Scheme (WARIS) will be assessed against the Scheme's criteria by DLGRD. (10) & (12) The Regional Development Council has no direct role in the administration of the Regional Investment Fund.
