I refer to the no smoking policy on the grounds of all public hospitals in the Perth metropolitan area, with the exception of Graylands and including privately-owned hospitals that treat public patients listed by hospital, I ask: (a) does the hospital fine people for violating the smoke free zone, and if so, how much is the fine, listed by hospital; (b) for each hospital, are inpatients advised in writing of the smoke free zone prior to admission; (c) in addition, for each hospital, are outpatients advised of the no smoking policy prior to attending appointments; (d) listed by hospital, how many warnings have been issued for violating the smoke free zone since 2013; and (e) listed by hospital, how many infringements have been issued since 2013?
