I refer to the Lakelands Secondary School where stage one is due in 2019, and ask: (a) given this school is being constructed as a Public Private partnership can the Minister advise if the school facilities such as the oval and sporting infrastructure will be made available to the wider community and or local community sporting clubs: (i) if yes, which clubs will be offered a common use agreement; and (ii) if not, why not; and (b) what is the expected date of completion of the Lakelands Secondary School?

(a) Yes. Lakelands Secondary School is located adjacent to Public Open Space (POS) managed by the City of Mandurah. The school ovals are incorporated into the POS and shared with the City.
i. Discussions are currently underway with the City with respect to the shared-use arrangements.
ii. Not applicable.
(b) Lakelands Secondary School is anticipated to be completed for the start of the 2019 school year.
