I refer to any future upgrade or re-design for the intersection of Stock Road and Forrest Road within the City of Cockburn, and I ask: (a) does the Main Roads planning department have a current draft concept plan for this intersection; (b) if no to (a), what factors are being considered for the final Stock and Forrest Roads intersection; (c) when was the most recent traffic modelling for this intersection undertaken; (d) what decisions resulted from the most recent traffic modelling; (e) when will a draft concept plan be made available to the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage; (f) will a draft concept plan be made available to the public and, if so, when; (g) does Main Roads WA have a draft concept plan for future changes to Stock Road; (h) if yes to (g), when will this plan be finalised and when is it anticipated that works will commence; (i) have any community groups been consulted on any draft plans for either the Stock and Forrest Roads intersection or Stock Road; (j) if yes to (i), please list the groups that have been consulted with; (k) if no to (i), why not; and (l) why has the intersection been excluded from the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage's consultation for the Roe 8 West and Roe 9 Planning Study?

(a)-(l) A planning review is required for the Stock Road and Forrest Road intersection, as the previous planning at this location included the Roe Highway connection.
In 2021, the McGowan Labor Government proudly delivered on its election commitment to stop Roe 8 and 9, and protect the Beeliar Wetlands.
A planning review has commenced and is likely to take around 2 years to complete.
Once the planning review is complete, this will inform other potential future changes to the Primary Regional Road reservation along Stock Road.
