a.              None.
b.             One prosecution was initiated after the offender chose to elect to have an infringement notice heard by the court.  This person was found guilty, fined and was provided a spent conviction by the court.
c.              The Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions’ Wildlife Officers seized 26.123 tonnes of sandalwood suspected to have been illegally taken, supplied, stored, or dealt in between 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2023
d.             The sandalwood referred to in (c) has not been sold so a market value cannot be provided.  The value of sandalwood is subject to fluctuations according to market conditions and is further influenced by the quality of the sandalwood.
e.              $17,475.
