I refer to the current plans for the Thornlie to Cockburn Central rail upgrade project, and ask:
(a) can the Minister advise if consideration was given to providing
pedestrian and/or cyclists direct access to Canning Vale Industrial
Estate from the rear of Waratah Estate by way of either an underpass or
bridge; and
(b) can the Minister advise what route cyclists and pedestrians would take to access the Canning Vale Industrial from Waratah Estate?
