the parliamentary secretary representing the Minister

I refer to the State

of Australia and Lagrange [2021] WASAT 161.
(1) Was any review undertaken by the department following
this decision to ensure that it does not take 25 years to cancel the
registration of a medical practitioner who was found on several separate
occasions to be committing repeat sexual offences against his patients?
(2) If yes to (1), who conducted the review, when
was it conducted and will the minister table the review?
(3) If no to (1), will the minister order a
review?
