question.
(1) The bus
service operating in the south west region of Western Australia provides
subsidised travel for full-time post–secondary school students
attending a state or private training provider, or university. Currently, the
Department of Training and Workforce Development contracts South West Coach Lines
to provide this service.
(2) Full-time
students aged 18 years and older attending education or training for a minimum
of 13 hours a week.
(3) To support
full-time post–secondary school students to undertake education and training
in the south west region of Western Australia where the cost of travel would
make studying prohibitive.
