The Education and Care Regulatory Unit (ECRU) enforces serious breaches of the legislation and regulations predominately through civil disciplinary proceedings before the State Administrative Tribunal (whilst retaining the ability to institute criminal prosecutions).
Therefore, the 'Disciplinary Proceedings State Administrative Tribunal' and 'Prosecution' figures (b)(ii) and (b)(iii) are combined.
