(1) How many times has Talison Lithium
breached its dust exceedence limits at that site since January 2024?
(2) What enforcement action, if any, has
the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation taken in response to each
breach?
(3) Has the department commissioned any
independent health impact assessment of dust emissions on the Greenbushes
community?
