I refer to question on notice No. 1147 regarding the Northbridge Tunnel, and ask: (a) why is the Minister unable to provide a specific answer when an answer was previously provided in question without notice No. 84 on 26 February 2014; and (b) how many times did traffic queue up in the eastbound lanes for the Northbridge tunnel travelling east in the afternoon peak times in: (i) February 2014; and (ii) March 2014?
