(a) Kalgoorlie Hospital purchased flexible endoscopy equipment in the middle of 2005. This included increasing the number of colonovideoscopes and gastrovideoscopes from 4 to 5 and upgrading the flexicystscopes to 5 videoscopes. Tenders are being sought to allow the upgrading of urological equipment.
