and 6 at Elizabeth Quay.

negotiation period end?
(2) When was Brookfield selected as
the preferred bidder?
(3) When is the current negotiation
period expected to end?
(4) What is the current time frame
for a development application to be submitted?
(5) What is the expected
construction commencement date?

(1) The exclusive working period has
not ended.
(2) It was on 13 April 2015.
(3) The exclusive working period
ends on 29 July 2016.

These milestones will be negotiated as part of the project development
agreement, which will be finalised at the end of the exclusive working period.
The project development agreement will ensure development of the site is
undertaken in a timely manner.
