I refer to the the State Government's proposal from May 2025 to make more industrial land available in Broome, with nine general industrial lots made available for presale at Broome Road Industrial Park, and I ask:(a) Of the nine lots released for presale in May 2025, how many have reached final settlement as of April 2026;(b) Were the land titles for these lots issued by the end of 2025 as originally anticipated, and if there was a delay, what was the revised completion date;(c) How many of the nine lots have seen active construction or building permit applications since the release was announced nearly one year ago;(d) How many new local jobs have been created as a result of the development of these specific lots between May 2025 and April 2026; and(e) Based on the market response to this release over the last 11 months, what is the government's current timeline for the next stage of development at the Broome Road Industrial Park?
