McGrath's decision on 14 October 2025 in The State
of Western Australia v Pye [no 3] [2025] WASC 442.
(1) Has the Attorney General read or been briefed
on His Honour's judgement, published on 17 October 2025?
(2) Has the Attorney General since spoken to the
Minister for Police about police opposing the grant of bail to the accused?
(3) Has the Attorney General since spoken to the
Minister for Corrective Services about the decision by Corrective Services that
gave rise to the exceptional circumstances upon which the bail decision was
granted?
(4) If no to (1), (2) or (3), why not?
