DEPARTMENT OF RACING AND GAMING — CLUB BAYVIEW, CLAREMONT
I refer to the meeting held at the Department of Racing and Gaming on 11 February 2008 regarding the section 117 complaint in respect of Club Bayview, Claremont. Following the agreed outcome at that meeting, which included an agreement that the complainants contact Ms Elizabeth French, manager, environmental health, Town of Claremont, should they wish to raise further issues regarding the complaints relative to Club Bayview, Claremont, I ask — (1) Has any such telephone contact occurred; and, if so, will the minister advise on which dates and the substance of the telephone contact? (2) What action was taken by Ms Elizabeth French in dealing with any such telephone contact? Hon LJILJANNA RAVLICH
