announcement on 18 March 2015 detailing the establishment of a chief
information officer.
(1) How much
money will it cost the state government to establish the office of the new
chief information officer?
(2) What will be the annual cost on the budget for the office
of the new chief information officer?
(3) What will be the annual salary of the new chief
information officer?
(4) How many staff will be employed in the office of the new
chief information officer?

The chief information officer will be funded from governmentXXX ###XXXs
$25 million information and communications technology renewal and reform fund
announced in the 2014–15 midyear review; therefore, there will be no
additional impact on the budget. The Department of Finance is currently working
on the establishment of this office and associated costs.
