best possible return for the state and the people of Western Australia, the
valuation and estimated revenue for the site will not be released until the
sale of the site is finalised. Releasing this information now may impact
possible negotiations for the site. Details on valuation and final sale price
will be made available once the property has settled.

(3) Revenue is anticipated in 2018–19.
