(a-h) The OneOneFive Hamilton Hill project (Hamilton Hill) is a successful example of an urban renewal project under the Cook Labor Government.
Approximately $37 million has been expended to date to deliver 150 lots, with an additional 89 lots to be delivered. $11 million was received in additional funding to support the delivery of the additional lots.
Social housing has been provisioned for within the estate.
As is standard industry practice, remaining lots will be released in stages and announcements of these releases will be made in due course.
The local structure plan proposes 300 dwellings however, final built form outcomes will be dependent on private proponents.
Purchasers set construction timeframes, built form design and occupation in line with development conditions.
Stage one public open space has been delivered, along with creation of a lot which has been sold to a private proponent to be developed as a childcare centre. Stage two public open space is currently under construction.
