(1) The approvals process was finalised with the granting of subdivision approval by the Western Australian Planning Commission on 29 September 2009.
(2) Earthworks are due to commence in December 2009.
(3) Construction of new homes can commence on site from August 2010 when the titles are estimated to be available.
(4) Completion of homes for the first stage will be dependent on the development timeframe of the successful proponent developer/purchaser.
