Health infrastructure—Regions—Albany Health
Campus
255. Mr Scott Leary to
the Minister for Health:
The minister's
government promised that by early 2027, a $60 million expansion of Albany
Health Campus with additional staff would be operational, yet just $1 million
has been allocated in this year's budget. How will her government ensure that the $60 million upgrade will be
operational by 2027 without it being included in this year's budget?

I thank the member
for the question. We are really proud of the work that we are doing on health
infrastructure. We are delivering a big program of work right across the state.
The budget allocated money for the planning of that important project. The
planning will inform the decisions that need to be made about funding. But I
suggest that, in future, the member direct questions of that nature to the Minister
for Health Infrastructure.
