I refer to the Public Sector Workforce Reform Policy, and I ask: (a) have any agencies or departments sought an exemption from the policy: (i) if yes to (a), which agencies or departments, and was the exemption granted; and (b) how many agencies are excluded from the policy, who are they and on what grounds are have they been excluded?

(i) Not applicable.
(b) Excluded from the policy are agencies with less than 30 full-time equivalent employees, Government Trading Enterprises (except the Public Transport Authority) and Parliamentary Services. These agencies have been excluded because of their small scale and because measures of this nature typically apply to appropriation‑funded general government agencies (and the Public Transport Authority).
