(1) With reference to the number of full time equivalent staff recorded within the "Disclosures and Legal Compliance" section of the Annual Report, can the Minister please advise for each department, agency or government-trading enterprise within the Minister's portfolio of responsibilities, for the years 2012-13, 2013-14 and 2014-15: (a) how many people have been hired through labour hire agencies; and (b) for each person hired: (i) what business unit were they working in (e.g. accountancy and finance, information technology, client services, human resources); (ii) how long were they hired; (iii) how much was paid to the labour hire company; and (iv) which labour hire provider was used? (2) With reference to the department's financial statements disclosed within the Annual Report, can the Minister please advise for each department, agency or government-trading enterprise within the Minister's portfolio of responsibilities, for 2013-14 and 2014-15: (a) the proportion of "supplies and services" spent on external consultants; (b) the total amount of "supplies and services" spent on external consultants; and (c) the details of the consultants used and the terms of their engagement, including: (i) what business unit they worked in (e.g. accountancy and finance, information technology, client services, human resources); (ii) contract length; (iii) the amount paid to the consultant; and (iv) name of consultant? (3) With reference to the department's financial statements disclosed within the Annual Report, can the Minister please advise for each department, agency or government-trading enterprise within the Ministers portfolio of responsibilities, for 2013-14 and 2014-15: (a) what is included in the "other expenses" line item; and (b) where there is an increase on the 2013-14 actual explain the reason why?
