I refer to additional question on notice No. 73 asked by me in the Health Estimates hearing of the Estimates and Financial Operations committee on 7 June 2012, in relation to the internal audit of all metropolitan Child and Adolescent Community Health facilities completed in late 2011, and ask —
(1) Have all the high priority building issues identified as high risk and consolidated into one action plan been acted upon?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
(3) If yes to (1), what specific action has been taken in each local government area?
