asked on 6 September 2016, in which the Minister stated that there have
been 12 formal complaints of subcontractor non-payment relating to their
ongoing contract with Brierty, and I ask: (a) who made each complaint; (b) when was each formal complaint made; and (c) what specific project does each complaint relate to?

(a)        Subcontractors.
(b)        1 in April 2016;
3 in June 2016
8 in August 2016.
(c)        6 relate to the Kwinana Freeway Widening Stage 2 Project; and
6 relate to the North West Coastal Highway Stage 2 Project.
