refer to the Greater Bunbury Region Scheme (GBRS) amendment 0020/57, the Dalyellup Greenpatch development in
close proximity to the Bunbury/Dalyellup Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP), the works approval application
(W6637) in January 2022 by Aqwest on behalf of Water Corporation to construct
and operate the Water Resource Recovery Scheme (WRRS) within the premises of
the Bunbury/Dalyellup WWTP, and licence number L5972/1992/14 amendment on May
2022, and I ask: (a) could the Minister provide a copy of the Department of Water and Environmental Reglation (DWER) resolution/s relating to W6637; (b) if no to (a), why not; (c) did DWER receive any submissions against works approval W6637; (d) could the Minister provide any correspondence between DWER, Water Corporation and the EPA regarding the application to construct and operate the WRRS; (e) if no to (d), why not; (f) has W6637 been finalised: (i) If yes to (f), would you provide a copy of the documents that confirm this; (ii) if no to (f), why not; (iii) If yes to (f) could you provide any documents that explain the reason why W6637 was finalised; and (iv) if no to (iii), why not; and (g) was the request to construct and operate the Waste and Resource Recovery (WRRS) approved through an amendment to the licence: (i) if yes to (g), why was the works approval process was not followed; (ii) if yes to (g), did DWER communicate the change to the stakeholders that submitted to W6637; and (iii) if no to (g), why not?
