I refer to the government’s COVID related assistance to event organisers following lobbying by Live Events WA, and I ask: (a) Can the Minister list all recipients of funding through the “Getting the show back on the road” initiative and the amount each received, and if not, why not; (b) Have all recipients submitted grant acquittal documentation to show the funding was used as intended, and if not, why not; and (c) Will the Minister table the acquittal documentation for all Events Industry firms that received government funding, and if not, why not?

(a – c) The Getting the Show Back on the Road was administered by the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries and is not within the portfolio responsibilities of the Minister for State and Industry Development, Jobs and Trade. The Member should address his question to the appropriate Minister.
