I refer to security and site-management arrangements at the former Swan Districts Hospital site, and I ask: (a) since the hospital's closure in 2015, what has been the total expenditure on site-management activities, including but not limited to vegetation control and maintenance of overgrown areas; (b) what is the total amount the State Government has spent on security measures at the site since its closure in 2015; (c) of the expenditure on security, how much has been specifically allocated to on-site security guards; and (d) what is the estimated cost to demolish the existing one-storey and two-storey buildings on the site and remediate it for an alternative built form use?

The Swan Districts Hospital was decommissioned in 2015 under the Barnett Government and deemed surplus to State Government requirements. The site was formally offered to the Noongar Boodja Trust (Trustee) for inclusion in the Noongar Land Estate and is currently under their consideration.
