The Department of Housing advises:
From 31 May 2011 to 1 September 2014, four properties were constructed and two properties were spot purchased for social housing.
From 31 May 2011 to 1 September 2014, the number of social housing properties in Westminster reduced from 284 to 273 due to demolitions and sales during this period.
Question on Notice No. 5705 and 2946 asked for the number of Department of Housing properties. The Department answered Question on Notice No. 5705 in 2011 with the number of public housing properties only. The Department answered Question on Notice No. 2946 in 2014 with the number of social housing properties (community housing as well as public housing), in line with current reporting protocols.
