Minister for Transport:
I refer to my question without notice 5446 of 12 June 2012
regarding my correspondence to the Director of Rail Safety. I refer also to
section 74(1) of the Public Sector Management Act 1994 and to Public Sector
Commissioner's Circular No 2009–10.
(1) Can the minister table copy of his communications
agreement with the Department of Transport?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
