1.      Average Hotel Occupancy Rate Perth City 2015: 83% of a total 5730 rooms i.e. 4756 rooms
Average Hotel Occupancy Rate Perth City 2016: 82% of a total 5826 rooms i.e. 4777 rooms
Average Hotel Occupancy Rate Perth City 2017: 78% of a total 7990 rooms i.e. 6232 rooms
Average Hotel Occupancy Rate Perth City 2018 (Year to Date October 2018): 75% of a total 8638 rooms i.e. 6478 rooms.
2.      Based on hotel occupancy rates in 2017 and 2018, peak hotel occupancy occurred between October - March, off peak is consequently April –September.
