I refer to the Leaders' Forum event held on Friday 25 August 2017 and ask did the Treasurer attend the event, and if so: (a) did any Ministerial staff accompany the Treasurer, and if so who attended; (b) did the Treasurer's office submit a "Driver Request Form" in order to attend or be picked up from this event, and if so when was this form submitted; (c) did the Treasurer attend or get picked up from this event by a government owned or leased vehicle driven by an Executive Transport Officer or staffer; and (d) what third parties did the Treasurer meet with and what was discussed: (i) did the Treasurer commit to making any decisions or actions as a result of these meetings, and: (A) if so, what were the decisions or actions?
