I refer to Budget Paper No.3: Economic and Fiscal Outlook, 2025-26 and Appendix 9 "Western Australian Treasury Corporation Borrowings" (WATC), including the description of WATC funding instruments, and I ask: (a) For the 2025–26 financial year, what is the planned total borrowing by the Western Australian Treasury Corporation (WATC), broken down by month (July 2025 to June 2026), for each of the following debt security types: (i) Benchmark bonds; (ii) Non-benchmark bonds; (iii) Floating rate notes; (iv) Short term inscribed stock; (v) Euro commercial paper; (vi) Euro medium term notes; and (vii) Other borrowings (including retail bonds etc.); (b) For each month and instrument listed in (a), please further disaggregate the planned borrowing by government sector as defined in the Budget Papers: (i) General government sector; (ii) Public non-financial corporations; and (iii) Public financial corporations; (c) Please provide the information in a tabular format with months as rows and columns for each instrument type, and within each instrument sub-columns for the three sectors listed in (b), together with monthly subtotals by sector, monthly subtotals by instrument, and grand totals; (d) Where any monthly instrument-level allocation is not determined at the time of answering, please provide the best available monthly profile used by Treasury/WATC for planning or liquidity management purposes, and a brief explanatory note describing the basis of the allocation (e.g., refinancing profile, advance structure between fixed/floating and short-term programs, or market-timing discretion outlined in Appendix 9); and (e) Please reconcile the totals provided in (a-c) with the Consolidated Account borrowing program and all-other-borrowers figures in Appendix 9 for the 2025–26 Budget, noting any differences and their reasons (e.g., intra-year timing, program choice, or sectoral reclassification)?
