I refer to the Labor Business Roundtable held on 8 June 2017 and ask did the Minister attend the roundtable event, and if so: (a) Did any Ministerial staff accompany the Minister, if so who attended; (b) Did the Minister's office submit a "Driver Request Form" in order to attend or be picked up from this event, if so when was this form submitted; and (c) Did the Minister attend or get picked up from this event by a government owned or leased vehicle driven by an Executive Transport Officer or staffer?
