I refer to the draft State Planning Policy 2.9 Planning for Water (SPP 2.9), that was released for public comment in August 2021 and ask: (a) has the Western Australian Planning Commission completed its review of the public comments on SPP 2.9; (b) if no to (a), why not; (c) has the Minister received the final version of SPP 2.9; (d) if no to (c), why not; (e) will the Minister release the final version of SPP 2.9 to the public; (f) if yes to (e), when; and (g) if no to (e), why not?
