the collection rate of impounded vehicles, and ask: (a) how many vehicles
were impounded for each of the years 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and as of 1
August 2018: (i) how many vehicles which were impounded in said years were not collected; (ii) what was the total cost of storage for vehicles impounded in said years; and (iii) what is the percentage of vehicles not collected for each said years?
