(a-b) The Environmental Protection Authority has not set a standard for the Hydrogen Bus Refuelling Facility at Lot 324 Victoria Road, Malaga. It is the responsibility of relevant Government agencies to ensure that such proposals comply with their own respective legislation. For example, the Department of Industry and Resources would have a key role in ensuring that such a proposal complies with the requirements of the Explosives and Dangerous Goods Act, 1961 and the National Standard for the Control of Major Hazard Facilities.
