The Department of Commerce advises:
(1) This is an issue relevant to Western Power and the Minister for Energy.
(2) The Government has required Western Power to comply with Order No. 01-2009 served by the Chief Electrical Inspector, Office of Energy Safety and Western Power is doing so. The schedule for action is set out in the Order which can be read and downloaded from Energy
