As the minister responsible for education, of course I have deep concern for the welfare of our teaching workforce, which is why I want to recruit teachers from other states to come to Western Australia. What a preposterous question! Of course I want to encourage teachers from other states to come to Western Australia, because that, in fact, will enhance the teaching workforce and remove the pressure on the existing workforce in this state. It is a pity that the member for Hillarys cannot see that.
