I refer the Minister to the Small Business Commissioner’s report into the Construction Subcontractor Investigation, page 27, Application Form, and I ask: (a) why weren’t functions put in place to ensure that all contractors provided all relevant documents and information needed for the prequalification application form; and (b) why were building companies given Government contracts when insufficient documentation for their prequalification applications was submitted, as identified within the report?
