I refer to the
minister's answer on 23 October 2025 to my question without notice regarding
Western Australia's working with children check scheme.
(1)
Will the minister table the most recent briefing note she has received about
this issue, given this is now the second time this has been requested?
(2)
Will the minister table the consultation paper on phase 2 of the working with
children check reforms?
(3)
If no to (1) or (2), will the minister commit to doing so before the house
rises for the summer recess?
(4)
If no to (3), why not?
