WESTERN
AUSTRALIAN PLANNING COMMISSION — CITY OF JOONDALUPLOCAL PLANNING SCHEME
3 — AMENDMENT 5
978. Hon PETER COLLIER to the minister representing the
Minister for Planning:
My question without notice is asked
on behalf of Hon Tjorn Sibma, who is on urgent parliamentary business.
I refer to the City of Joondalup's
draft scheme amendment 5.
(1) Has the Western
Australian Planning Commission received the aforementioned draft scheme
amendment; and, if so, when was this document received?
(2) Has the WAPC
or one of its subcommittees—for example, the Statutory Planning
Committee—given formal consideration to the draft scheme amendment;
and, if so, when?
(3) If no to (2),
when might the WAPC consider the matter?
(4) What issues
might prevent the WAPC from accepting the draft scheme amendment without
further modification?

(1)–(4) Amendment 5 to the City of Joondalup local
planning scheme 3 was received by the WA Planning Commission on 3 April

development controls. It is anticipated that the amendment will be considered
