Since 11 March 2017, has any officer within a Ministerial Officer submitted a Public Interest Disclosure (PID) form consistent with the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2003 , and if so: (a) How many related to: (i) Improper conduct; (ii) An offence under written State law; (iii) Substantial unauthorised or irregular use of, or substantial mismanagement of, public resources; (iv) Conduct involving a substantial and specific risk of injury to public health, or prejudice to public safety or harm to the environment; and (v) Administration matter(s) affecting the officer personally; and (b) Can the Premier confirm, as at 5 December 2019, the names of the the current PID Officers are Director Executive Services Ms Inglis, A/Manager Governance Ms Molan and Executive Director State Services Mr R Kennedy as per the Department of the Premier and Cabinet website accessed on said date: (i) If not, who are the PID Officers, when did this change and why was this not reflected on the DPC website?

(a)        As per the requirements of the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2003 , it is an offence to disclose information that might identity or tend to identify anyone as a person who has made an appropriate disclosure of public interest information.  The Department is therefore unable to provide this information.  However, the Department reports de-identified information regarding the receipt of disclosures to the Public Sector Commission in accordance with public sector requirements.
