(2) Will the Minister confirm whether it is an existing practice that only the complaints to police of immediate neighbours are taken into account by the department in deciding whether to enforce anti-social behaviour policies; and
(a) if correct, when did this policy come into force; and
(b) if not, can the Minister advise whether such a practice is currently occurring in Karratha?
