I refer to the role of the MHORC Coroner's Recommendations Advisory Subcommittee (CRAS) which has been established to oversee the implementation of recommendations made by the Coroner following each inquest, and ask -
(1) How many inquests into the mental health deaths were conducted in the following years -
(a) 2008-2009;
(b) 2009-2010; and
(c) 2010-2011?
(2) For each of the above, how many mental health recommendations were made?
(3) What is the status of the implementation of those mental health recommendations?
(4) For each of the financial years above, can the Minister provide the committee with the report to the Office of Safety and Quality in regard to the implementation of the Coroner's recommendation?
