minister's answer to my question without notice 836 yesterday concerning the
plan to consolidate Department of Mines, Petroleum and Exploration staff
accommodation at a location to be developed by Urban Flux at 80 Francis Street,
Northbridge.
(1) Who currently owns 80 Francis Street,
Northbridge?
(2) If the government's preferred respondent,
Urban Flux, does not own the property, why was this development option
selected?
(3) Does the government have confidence that Urban
Flux will secure land tenure?
(4) What is the official timeline for the project
and what reassurance has Urban Flux provided the government that it will
deliver the project within the timeline?
