I refer to media reports on 27 March 2014 where Western Australia Police and the Department for Child Protection and Family Support appealed for assistance to help find a missing 11 year old child who was in the care of the CEO, and I ask: (a) has the child been located; (b) on what date and at what time did the Department for Child Protection and Family Support become aware that the child was missing; (c) on what date and at what time did the Department for Child Protection and Family Support report the child missing to Western Australia Police; (d) if the child has been located, when did this occur; and (e) if the child has not been located, what is the current status of the investigation?
