I refer to the Commission of Occupational Safety and Health 2011-12 Annual Report in relation to Commission accredited introductory training courses for safety and health representatives, and I ask —
(1) When will the 2011-12 report detailing participation in training courses for safety and health representatives (Report) be available?
(2) What will the title of the Report be and on what part of the website will it be available?
(3) Have participation rates in training courses for safety and health representatives improved in the five years preceding 2011-12?
(4) If no to (3), why not?

(1) Work is being done to have the report considered at the December 2012 meeting of the Commission for Occupational Safety and Health and publicly available soon after.
(2) It is anticipated that the title of the report will be
Accredited training courses for Safety and Health Representatives - Annual report 2011-12.
As in previous years, the report will be located in the WorkSafe section of the Department of Commerce website under Services - Safety and health representatives - Information for registered training providers.
(3) The 2011/12 report has not been finalised. However, the 2010-11 report shows that since 2004/05, the number of participants in safety and health representatives training courses has an increasing trend.
(4) Not applicable.
